To obtain a license file:
1. Run Registration Wizard and select "Enter the serial number to get a license file"
2. Enter your serial number in the field and click Next.
3. In the User Authentication window enter your login (it coincides with the email you registered at nanocad.com)
4. Click Next and then Yes to continue the license request:
5. Select Request license file online, then press "Next":
If the request is successful, you will automatically receive the license file and the program will be activated.
If the file request ended with an error, or the program requires a license even after successful completion of the request, please submit a ticket to our technical support - https://support.nanocad.com/ . If possible, attach a screenshot of the error window.
